I am a secondary English/Language Arts teacher in Virginia. This is my tenth year of teaching. I earned my B.A. in English Literature at the University of Virginia and my M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction at George Mason University. I am an AVID certified instructor; I have experience teaching the AVID elective as well as implementing core AVID strategies in my classes. I currently teach English 9 and AP English Language & Composition. I am a member of the National Council of Teachers of English.
